Der "validator.w3.org " sagt:

This Page Tentatively Validates As HTML 4.01 Transitional (Tentatively Valid)!

Was heißt das?

"The document located at <$url> was tentatively found to be Valid. That means it would validate as $doctype if you updated the source document to match the options used (typically this message indicates that you used either the Document Type override or the Character Encoding override)."

Steht doch in großen Buchstaben drumherum: Die Seite ist in Ordnung, aber nur, weil der Validator anstatt der Seitenangaben zu DOCTYPE (detect automatically) den von dir explizit ausgewählten geprüft hat.

Wähle einfach keinen DOCTYPE aus, sondern lass' alles auf "automatisch".
