Do you understand german? - The message says that the webserver
(IIS?) hasn't received a set of HTTP-Headers. So, output at least
"Content-Type: text/html\015\012\015\012".

perldoc CGI::Carp

could be useful since this error often happens if there are compile-
time errors (such as "XML::DOM not found").
