Sascha Nehls: MySQL läuft nicht

Hallo,

habe mir die aktuelle Version von MySql Database Server von den offiziellen Seiten runtergeladen und installiert. Nur leider kann in der Eingabeaufforderung weder Tabellen anlegen noch die bestehende test-Tabelle bearbeiten.

C:\mysql\bin>mysqlshow
+-----------+
| Databases |
+-----------+
| test      |
+-----------+

C:\mysql\bin>mysqlshow test
Database: test
+--------+
| Tables |
+--------+
+--------+

Das funktioniert noch, aber wenn ich mysql starte und folgendes Eingebe:

C:\mysql\bin>mysql test;
ERROR 1044: Access denied for user: '@localhost' to database 'test;'

oder

mysql> CREATE TABLE Lieferung (nummer INT PRIMARY KEY, name char(50));
ERROR 1046: No Database Selected

funktioniert gar nichts?! Woran kann das liegen? Ich benutze Win2k und bin als Administrator angemeldet. Weder auf den mysql-Seiten noch google konnte mir was brauchbares liefern.

Sascha

  1. Hallo,

    1. http://dev.mysql.com/doc/
    2. mysqladmin -p -u[user] create [datenbank] * (datenbank erstellen)
    3. mysql -p -u[user] [datenbank] ** (datenbank öffnen)
    4. und los gehts :)

    user|passwort kannst du in der datenbank mysql festlegen.

    Administration program for the mysqld daemon. Usage: mysqladmin [OPTIONS] command command....   -c, --count=#       Number of iterations to make. This works with -i                       (--sleep) only   -#, --debug[=name]  Output debug log. Often this is 'd:t:o,filename'   -f, --force         Don't ask for confirmation on drop database; with                       multiple commands, continue even if an error occurs.   -C, --compress      Use compression in server/client protocol   --character-sets-dir=name                       Directory where character sets are.   -?, --help          Display this help and exit.   -h, --host=name     Connect to host   -p, --password[=name]                       Password to use when connecting to server. If password is                       not given it's asked from the tty.   -P, --port=#        Port number to use for connection.   -r, --relative      Show difference between current and previous values when                       used with -i. Currently works only with extended-status.   -O, --set-variable=name                       Change the value of a variable. Please note that this                       option is deprecated; you can set variables directly with                       --variable-name=value.   -s, --silent        Silently exit if one can't connect to server   -S, --socket=name   Socket file to use for connection.   -i, --sleep=#       Execute commands again and again with a sleep between.   -u, --user=name     User for login if not current user.   -v, --verbose       Write more information.   -V, --version       Output version information and exit   -E, --vertical      Print output vertically. Is similar to --relative, but                       prints output vertically.   -w, --wait[=#]      Wait and retry if connection is down   --connect_timeout=#   --shutdown_timeout=#

    Default options are read from the following files in the given order: /etc/my.cnf /var/lib/mysql/my.cnf ~/.my.cnf The following groups are read: mysqladmin client The following options may be given as the first argument: --print-defaults        Print the program argument list and exit --no-defaults           Don't read default options from any options file --defaults-file=#       Only read default options from the given file # --defaults-extra-file=# Read this file after the global files are read

    Where command is a one or more of: (Commands may be shortened)   create databasename   Create a new database   drop databasename     Delete a database and all its tables   extended-status       Gives an extended status message from the server   flush-hosts           Flush all cached hosts   flush-logs            Flush all logs   flush-status          Clear status variables   flush-tables          Flush all tables   flush-threads         Flush the thread cache   flush-privileges      Reload grant tables (same as reload)   kill id,id,...        Kill mysql threads   password new-password Change old password to new-password   ping                  Check if mysqld is alive   processlist           Show list of active threads in server   reload                Reload grant tables   refresh               Flush all tables and close and open logfiles   shutdown              Take server down   status                Gives a short status message from the server   start-slave           Start slave   stop-slave            Stop slave   variables             Prints variables available   version               Get version info from server

    Usage: mysql [OPTIONS] [database]   -?, --help          Display this help and exit.   --auto-rehash       Enable automatic rehashing. One doesn't need to use                       'rehash' to get table and field completion, but startup                       and reconnecting may take a longer time. Disable with                       --disable-auto-rehash.   -A, --no-auto-rehash                       No automatic rehashing. One has to use 'rehash' to get                       table and field completion. This gives a quicker start of                       mysql and disables rehashing on reconnect. WARNING:                       options deprecated; use --disable-auto-rehash instead.   -B, --batch         Print results with a tab as separator, each row on new                       line. Doesn't use history file.   --character-sets-dir=name                       Directory where character sets are.   --default-character-set=name                       Set the default character set.   -C, --compress      Use compression in server/client protocol.   -D, --database=name Database to use.   -e, --execute=name  Execute command and quit. Use * form only, or use                       named commands only in the beginning of a line ending                       with a semicolon (;) Since version 10.9 the client now                       starts with this option ENABLED by default! Disable with                       '-G'. Long format commands still work from the first                       line. WARNING: option deprecated; use                       --disable-named-commands instead.   -G, --named-commands                       Enable named commands. Named commands mean this program's                       internal commands; see mysql> help . When enabled, the                       named commands can be used from any line of the query,                       otherwise only from the first line, before an enter.                       Disable with --disable-named-commands. This option is                       disabled by default.   -i, --ignore-spaces Ignore space after function names.   --local-infile      Enable/disable LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE.   -b, --no-beep       Turn off beep on error.   -h, --host=name     Connect to host.   -H, --html          Produce HTML output.   -X, --xml           Produce XML output   --line-numbers      Write line numbers for errors.   -L, --skip-line-numbers                       Don't write line number for errors. WARNING: -N is                       deprecated, use long version of this options instead.   -O, --set-variable=name                       Change the value of a variable. Please note that this                       option is deprecated; you can set variables directly with                       --variable-name=value.   -o, --one-database  Only update the default database. This is useful for                       skipping updates to other database in the update log.   --pager[=name]      Pager to use to display results. If you don't supply an                       option the default pager is taken from your ENV variable                       PAGER. Valid pagers are less, more, cat [> filename],                       etc. See interactive help (\h) also. This option does not                       work in batch mode.   -p, --password[=name]                       Password to use when connecting to server.
