Dürfte wohl der Fall sein. Ich wollte glaube ich auch eher "juristisch belangbare" Person sagen. Somit also eine natürliche Person oder aber eine juristische Person, die für den Chor geradesteht.
Ist halt 'ne Weile her mit der Recht-Vorlesung ;-)
