Fuer TEXT-Teile wäre ggf. ABBR oder ACRONYM dafuer nutzbar.
Sicher nicht! Diese stehen für abgekürzte Schreibweise (abbr: z.B. "WWW") bzw. Abkürzung (acronym: z.B. "z.B." ;)). Wie die andern beiden schon sagten steht hierfür das title-Attribut zur Verfügung.
