Buttons von Programmen wie Office frei verwendbar?

Hallo Erri.

ich habe eine kurze Rechtsfrage.
Ich bin gerade dabei, eine Art Webeditor zu programmieren und möchte hierfür Buttons wie z.B. "Textausrichtung zentriert, rechtsbündig", "Hyperlink, E-Mail Link" von MS Office, Phase5 oder auch von anderen Programmen verwenden.

Dürfen es auch die Icons von OpenOffice.org sein?

Aber, darf ich dies rechtlich gesehen überhaupt oder muss ich mir meine Buttons komplett selbst gestalten?
