Hallo,
mir ist keine andere Möglichkeit bekannt, als die Datei zunächst mittels file_get_contents() auszulesen, und den resultierenden String als Query auszuführen.
Bsp: mysql_query(file_get_contents('query.sql'));
Lass mich aber auch gern verbessern ;)
