Hi,

if($_FILES['FORM_LOGIN_file']['size']<=50000){

Ich bin mir nicht hundertprozentig sicher, aber sollten dort nicht statt 50000  5242880 (für 5MB) oder 3145728 (für 3MB) stehen?
Ist nur so ´ne Antwort aus dem Bauch heraus.
