Validator meldet Fehler

Hallo,

mein Validator meldet nen Fehler bei einer Formatierung. Ich benutze zentrale Formatierungen aus einer style.css Datei. Nun wollte ich alles mit nem Validator testen und er bringt mir für folgende Zeilen das:

<P id=Text1><A href="http://127.0.0.1/Private.php">Privat</A></P>

The "id" or "name" attribute value "Text1" has already been used in this document. A tag's "id" or "name" value ("name" only for certain elements such as "a") must be unique within the document. A tag cannot have an "id" or, with certain elements, a "name" attribute value that has already been used. Note that the "id" values are not case sensitive (except when used to link to an anchor) and that "id" and some "name" attribute values share the same namespace.

das hab ich in der CSS Datei stehen
#Text3           { font-family:Verdana; font-size:8pt; color:#FFFFFF; text-align:left;   margin:  5px  15px 5px 15px;  font:bold; }

Ist das nicht korrektes CSS?
