Layer wird im IE nicht angezeigt

hallo,

mein Problem ist, dass folgender Layer im Internet Explorer nicht angezeigt wird. Mozilla zeigt ihn richtig an.

Es muss ja an den Stylesheets liegen, aber ich finde nicht heraus, wo das Problem ist.
