Gibt es etwa schon Firewalls oder Proxys, die an animierten Gifs herumschnibbeln?
sollte eigentlich nicht, ganz oder gar nicht. Könntest du mal einen Link angeben, wo man sich das mal anschauen kann?

Doch, das gibt's -> z.B. Privoxy. Hier mal ein Auszug aus der config, um zu sehen, was der kann.
