Ein Kontaktformular ist eine Möglichkeit der mehr oder weniger privaten Kontaktaufnahme; ein Gästebuch dagegen eine öffentliche Ansammlung von Kommentaren und dergleichen.
Beides hat aus meiner Sicht eine Existenzberechtigung.
