Hier ist der Unterschied:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

Bei mir ist folgendes eingestellt und zwar Email als Html-Format und nicht als Text-Format.

Hierbei findes die Header-Informationen von meiner Email:

Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
