Das ist keine BNF-Definition. Noch nicht mal EBNF. Was fehlt ist die Angabe der syntaktischen Variablen, der Terminalsymbole und des Startsymbols. Du hast nur die Menge der EBNF-Regeln angegeben.
Desweiteren fehlt die Regel <SP>.
