Hallo MudGuard.
Vorkompilierte Versionen für Windows sind m.W. dort nur ohne SSL erhältlich (wie der Namensteil no_ssl in den Windows-Binaries andeutet).
Weshalb ich immer wieder gerne dieses inoffizielle Repository empfehle.
