Unter Windows auch.

Habe ich ja nicht ausgeschlossen, aber was weiß ich was es dort gibt.
Doch bevor das jetzt noch jemand extra postet, hier ein Zitat aus http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/doc/GPL/index.htm:
