Und am Anfang des PHP-Scriptes setzt Du $anzahl nicht auf 0, sondern auf den Wert dieses Feldes:
$anzahl = $_POST['anzahl']
Aber bitte nicht ohne Prüfung auf Existenz von $_POST['anzahl'].
