Durchlesen des Kapitels <http://de.selfhtml.org/xml/dtd/index.htm@title=Dokumenttyp-Definitionen (DTDs)> könnte daran etwas ändern.

Das 'name'-Attribut ist beim 'a'-Elementtyp erlaubt.
