Sorry, aber das Layout schafft nicht einmal der IE im Quirksmodus ;-)
Allerdings sind die Tabellen bei mir zu hoch und sollen kürzer, ich weiß allerdings nicht wie, naja schaut mal selbst:

Ich habe nur einen kleinen Blick in deinen Quelltext geworfen. Dabei fiel mir auf, dass du zwei mal den <body>-Tag schliesst. Deswegen empfehle ich dir, mal den Validator zu fragen, was er von deiner Seite hält. Du bringst es auf immerhin stolze 114 Fehler!
