reason VARCHAR NOT NULL ,
date DATE NOT NULL

MySQL meldet:
#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'NOT NULL, date DATE NOT NULL) ENGINE = MyISAM' at line 1

Die Angabe der Maximallänge für VARCHAR fehlt.
