Höhe anpassen

Hallo zusammen,

ich mach grade ne kleine hp für eine Firma und bin kein profi in webdesign. Ich würde gerne den scollbalken verschwinden lassen, also das die seite sich der auflösung anpasst.
Wie könnt ich das am besten machen?
Habs schon mit height="100%" probiert, klappt aber nicht.
