Weil es Microsoft in seinem Werk "Introducing the ASP.NET 2.0 Web Site" so beschreibt.
Die unbefleckte Empfaengnis stellt sich in der Praxis auch so gut wie nie ein - auch wenn es wohl irgendein Handbuch gibt, welches sie beschreibt.
