koennte an einer Kombination von Ursachen liegen:
ein rewrite sendet nur *.htm ueber https und css noch ueber http - während du beim https-laden der seite gesagt hast 'nur sichere Inhalte laden'
bitte auch mal im log des servers nachschauen
