Der USER_AGENT eines IE beginnt normalerweise mit: "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE ...."
ich habe ohne Erfolg verschiedene Schreibweisen ausprobiert u.a. auch "RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} ^MSIE.*"
Mach dir mal klar, welche Bedeutung ^ am Beginn des Suchmusters hat.
