Das Problem ist aber, dass alle Ordner mit einer htaccess Datei nicht angezeigt werden, nur solche ohne.
Du meinst vermutlich nicht generell Ordner, die eine .htaccess-Datei enthalten, sondern nur solche, die mit HTTP Auth versehen sind.
Die werden nicht angezeigt, wenn nicht mittels IndexIgnore ShowForbidden angegeben ist.
