ich habe mal wieder eine kleine Frage. Wie biete ich PHP Dateien zum Download an ohne daraus ein zip zu machen?

z.b. mittels PHP:

der downloadlink wäre dann zb <a href="downloads/bericht.php" title="">Download Bericht (PDF ca. 0.46 MB)</a>

und in der bericht.php steht folgendes:
