Also eigentlich: Wochentage?
(Ohne Rücksicht darauf, ob darin vielleicht auch Feiertage enthalten sind?)
Das ist (mehr als) easy:
strtotime('+5 weekdays')
bzw.
new DateTime('+5 weekdays')
