warum so kompliziert? Einfach das src-Attribut des img ändern reicht doch.

So wie ich das verstanden habe, soll nicht der QR-Code geändert werden (der sich vermutlich auch gar nicht auf einer Webseite befindet), sondern die Webseite, zu der man mit dem festen QR-Code gelangt.
