Neues Firefox Update javascript

Hallo,

beim letzten Update 108.0 schreibt FF:

"Import maps, which allow web pages to control the behavior of JavaScript imports, are now enabled by default."

Was ist das genau (simples Beispiel), bzw sollte man das wirklich als Default akzeptieren, oder falls nicht wo lässt sich das abstellen?
