Hi Vladi,
das ist entweder Browser eigene Grundeinstellung oder css, wenn man einen TAg mit :hover definitionen versorgt.
Wenn du zum Beispiel in einen stylesheet
font{color:#000;}
font:hover{color:#f00;}
schreibst, ist alles in einem <font>Tag schwarz und wenn du mit der Maus drüber gehst Rot.
Es gibt zwar auch viele viele, meist unnötige Lösungen über javascript aber das auch nur, da der MSIE :hover in css nur bei <a>tags also Links unterstützt.
