Mir ist es auch ein Rätsel, warum das dtd-dokument die Tabelle nicht korrekt "width="100%" height="100%" darstellt.
ein height-attribut existiert für table überhaupt nicht, und im standardkonformen modus halten sich die browser da auch eher dran, in dem sie eben diese ungültige angabe _nicht_ umsetzen.
