Und zwar soll das div direkt am linken div anschliessen.
Ist das irgendwie möglich??

würde da keinen Bug drin sehn. Wieso hat das 2e innere div einen margin-left von 200px? damit kann es links nicht anschliessen, aber ev versteh ich was falsch *g*. Sehe mal hier, ob das hilft:
