Danke für die prompte Antwort. Ich habe unter Apache einen Ordner mit Logs und dort habe ich das error.log mit folgendem inhalt:

Sieht aber nicht so aus, dass was nicht gestartet werden kann.
Habe die richtige php.ini bearbeitet.
