Falls Du mit PERL zurechtkommst:
http://cpan.uwinnipeg.ca/module/Net::SMTP::Server

Du hast aber bestimmt in http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/CPAN/perl/lib/Net/SMTP.html gelesen: "This module implements a client interface to the SMTP and ESMTP protocol". Und er OP möchte keinen "Client", sondern einen Server. Perl wäre allerdings auch in Windows2003Server kein unüberwindliches Problem.
