Excel-Sheet in Excel erstellen/öffnen und dort die gewünscht Formatierung vornehmen. Excel-Sheet speichern und in beispielsweise Notepad öffnen. Da findet man alles was man braucht! ;)
Und das hat mit dem &-Zeichen nicht funktioniert? =)
