im Err.log des apache steht folgender Eintrag nach Start des Apache (nur der Auszug, der mir interessant schien):

Sollten die unterschiedlichen APIs das Problem sein? Was kann ich daran ändern?
Vermutlich kommt das daher, daß ich versuche zwei Pakete (xampp und ms4w) zusammenzubasteln, weil jedes einzelne nicht all das enthält, was ich brauche. Eigentlich scheitert es nur noch am mapscript. Alles andere funktioniert.
