Die Radiobuttons würde ich übrigens per JS einfügen und nicht vorab ins HTML schreiben lassen.
Ich nicht. Unnötig aufwendige DOM-Operation.
Einfacher und performanter ist es, die Elemente im HTML-Quelltext mit hidden-Attribut zu notieren und per JS hidden auf false zu setzen.
