Faustformel:
Geschwindigkeit (in kbyte/s) * 8 = Rate (in mbit/s)

LOL

also:
    1 byte     = 8 Bit
    1 kbyte    = 8 kBit

35 kbyte/s   = 0,273...MBit/s
