Interessant finde ich an diesem Zitat die Verbindung von
"Kryptographie ist Munition" [...]

Das kommt von Menschen, die kein Englisch können. Kryptographie ist
nämlich keine Munition, sondern "munition" und das heißt übersetzt
soviel wie Rüstzeug. Munition, mit der man schießen kann, heißt im
englischen "ammo".

Nun, die deutsche Übersetzung ist also IMHO in Ordnung, es soll wirklich Munition heissen. btw: schreibt man amunition nicht mit zwei 'm'??? Aber sonst hättest du recht gehabt.
