Nun, die Datei heißt, wie du es selbst ja schon geschrieben hast, ".htaccess". Sie besteht, wenn man so will, nur aus einer Endung.
Unter Windows ist es nicht möglich, solch eine Datei anzulegen.
doch, natürlich. Es gibt allerdings einige bestimmte Programme, die unfähig dazu sind.
