Ja, das Problem buchstabiert sich IE.

... und am besten noch eine saubere Lösung ;)

Eine saubere Lösung lautet:
img.Abbildung::after { content: attr(class)" "attr(id)": "attr(title); display: block;}
Das Problem bleibt aber bestehen.
