Genauer gefragt: Was wird in diesem Paragraphen dargestellt? Ist das überhaupt ein zusammenhängender Paragraph?
Nein. Es ist ein Absatz.
Paragraph hat im Deutschen eine andere Bedeutung als paragraph im Englischen: Ein Paragraph ist ein Abschnitt in einem Gesetz oder Vertrag. Und Paragraphen können in Absätze aufgeteilt sein.
Ein Gedicht? In diesem Zusammenhang hatten wir ja schon über custom elements diskutiert (<x-l>).
Und letztens auch, wie man ohne auskommt.
