hier fehlt noch eine grundsätzliche höchstrichterliche entscheidung, welche aber nur national gelten kann.
Das BGH hat entschieden. Sofern du mit "hier" Deutschland meinst, ist das die höchstrichterliche Entscheidung. Und da es nach meiner Wahrnehmung auch nur in Deutschland diese Idioten gibt, die für alles eine Abmahnung verschicken, wäre das Problem für dieses Detail mit dem BGH-Urteil aus der Welt.
