Deshalb meine Frage: Darf man nun Deeplinks setzen? Und falls ja, darf man z.B. auch Deeplinks direkt auf ein Bild setzen (http://www.xyz.xyz/bild.jpg)?
Es hat ein Gerichtsurteil im Fall "Handelsblatt gegen Paperboy" gegeben, in dem Paperboy explizit erlaubt wurde, Deeplinks auf Seiten des Handelsblattes zu setzen. Paperboy ist oder war eine Zeitungsartikelsuchmaschine.
Deeplinks auf ein Bild sind etwas kritischer. Keinesfalls darfst du es über <img> einbinden. Damit würdest du es dir zu eigen machem in deine Seite einbinden, und Copyrightgesetze verletzen. Als Link hingegen, der auch noch entsprechend kommentiert oder gekennzeichnet ist, sollte auch das kein Problem sein.
