hi,
ich finde es schwachsinnig das die androhung "illegal" ist. das die
durchführung verboten ist finde ich teilweise OK.
wenn also jeder gangster weiss, dass ihm folter zwar angedroht, aber dann nicht auch wirklich ausgeführt werden darf - welchen sinn sollte dies dann als "druckmittel" noch machen ...?
